Our team of interdisciplinary care professionals, including Physical Therapists (PTs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), Speech Therapists (STs), and Social Workers (SWs), are all graduates of accredited colleges and universities.

Our occupational therapists collaborate with patients and other healthcare professionals to enhance their ability to perform daily living activities safely and effectively in the comfort of their home while improving their functional skills.

Our physical therapists work with patients and other healthcare professionals to improve mobility, promote safe body mechanics, provide gait training, teach prosthetic and orthotic devices, and share energy conservation techniques. We aim to help patients reach their fullest potential in all healthcare settings.

Our Speech Therapists collaborate with patients and their families to address difficulties with communication, swallowing, and memory. Our goal is to help individuals achieve their maximum functional abilities.

Our dedicated social workers prioritize patient well-being, coordinating services, referrals, and resources for optimal outcomes. They assist with emotional counseling, long-term care, financial planning, and patient/family education, ensuring vital support for fulfilling lives.
